1. iRobot Roomba i3+ EVO
The i3+ EVO is similar to its sibling the i3 EVO. They differ only in that the i3+ comes with self-emptying capabilities. The i3+ is a good alternative for those who want a an entirely automated, hands-free cleaning experience but are willing to manually empty the dustbin of the robot when it is full.
Both robots are good at picking up surface dirt on carpets and hard floors and can move around furniture and other obstacles. iAdapt navigation software creates smart maps of your home to assist the i3+ to navigate and clean efficiently. The i3+ does not feature obstacle avoidance features like the i7+ or other top-rated robots we have test. It could be stuck on power cords or socks and have difficulty navigating between surfaces, such as hardwood and rug.
iRobot suggests that you clear areas where the i3+ EVO will vacuum prior to when you use it, including putting away any clutter or toys it may come across. You should also keep the dustbin and filters free of dirt to prevent them from getting blocked. If the i3+'s internal bin is empty or the battery is depleted, it returns to the docking station, and it automatically emptys the dirt into the docking station’s external dustbin. It then continues cleaning from where it began. The i3+ EVO's battery lasts for about an hour and a half continuous use, and it takes around three hours to fully recharge.
2. Roomba from iRobot
The iRobot i7+ is an excellent model from iRobot's flagship line, and it comes with the most recent features. It has self-charging and self-navigating, but the most significant feature is the self-emptying bin. This removes the need for regular maintenance.
The Roomba I7+ is able to map rooms more efficiently with Imprint Smart Mapping. It also integrates with the iRobot Home app to let you schedule cleaning tasks and control your robot with voice or via the app.
In our tests the i7+ was faster and more maneuverable than our second-placed model, the eufy RoboVac G30, and it picked up large pieces of pet hair from all surfaces kinds including carpeting. The biggest advantage over the Eufy is its self-emptying bin, which eliminates the main sources of maintenance and reduces recurring cost.

We used these services to instruct the robot on how to start or stop cleaning sessions and also to move around the room, and vacuum a particular area. It quickly switches from handheld vacuum to floor vacuum, and then back to floor.
This model also has an accessory dock that can charge to 100% in around 3.5 hours and provides an easy access to two attachments and an Wand clip. This is a major improvement over previous Dysons which require a long charge and are difficult to store.
The main drawback of the V10 is its sluggish run time. As CR's tests show, its advertising claims of up to 60 minutes are not true. This is a typical, not an exceptional, time for an electric cordless vacuum powered by batteries. This is enough time to sweep the average-sized home however, it's not enough time to reach every area. (A second run usually works). This model has its own advantages however: it's light and more maneuverable than older Dysons cordless models and its ability to vacuum is noticeably superior for carpet floors with low pile.
4. iRobot Roomba 694"
One of iRobot's most popular robot vacuums the 694 is a basic model that's a good choice for people who don't wish to spend too much money on a robot. It's capable of sucking up most types of debris and sizes during our tests, and it frequently goes over the same areas several times to give a thorough clean. Its flat front allows it to reach the corners and edges of walls.
Its smart navigation system uses iAdapt technology to stay clear of obstacles and help you navigate your home. However, it lacks the ability to map that is found in more advanced models, such as our top picks, the i3+EVO and j7+ Series. It may get stuck on cords for phones or furniture that is low and will often run out of power before returning to its original location.

The app provides plenty of options to customize your robotic cleaner, such as virtual barriers mopping water levels, behavior customization docking frequency settings and more. It's simple to comprehend and user-friendly, as is the case with other Samsung devices.
In our tests our tests, the Jet Bot AI+ excelled on hard floors and dealt with dog hair (on carpet) very well, picking up 86% of it. However, it wasn't particularly well at avoiding taller objects like cords and socks which was a disappointment. It's also a bit more expensive than some of the other models we tried, which might be a deal-breaker for certain shoppers.
